The $299 fee is paid in two parts: a $149.50 deposit when you order and the $149.50 balance when your documents are delivered. It covers planning, not construction, products or installation. An optional measurement visit adds $80, billed separately and subject to location. Scope, delivery date and revision coverage are confirmed before work begins. Refunds: cancel before we start work and we refund your whole deposit; once work has begun the deposit is non-refundable, and if you cancel before delivery you won't owe the balance. See our Terms.
