The planning work
Let me put the job on paper.
You’re already running the site and talking to the client. I turn the project details into floor plans, elevations and 3D views you can walk them through.
Jorge: “I’ll put the details together.”
Updated finish concept: warm oak, opal-glass pendants and a separate dining chandelier.

Get your evenings back
It’s 10 p.m. You’re still estimating.
I take on the takeoffs, track missing sub prices and prepare the follow-ups. Then I build the estimate and proposal, with labor, materials, overhead and markup worked through for your review.
Jorge: “Let me take the estimating off your plate.”
You approve outgoing messages, choose the subs and set the final price.

2 business days, or that remodel job is free.
Starts when I have complete photos, measurements and the brief, or complete plans. A late job doesn’t use one of your 10. This promise covers remodel proposals, not consulting or custom builds.
I only take on 10 remodelers, one per town.
That’s what lets me sit down with each of you and go through your numbers. I check availability with you first. Your prices and client information stay yours.
A month at a time.
Cancel before your next month starts. Extra included-scope jobs: $100 each. Unused jobs don’t roll over.
What we agree before starting
Each job has an agreed remodel scope and revision allowance. Additions, ADUs and new homes are quoted from the plans. The business kickoff is a process and pricing review, not a site measurement or construction inspection. Larger automation builds, custom integrations and websites are separate proposals. Third-party subscriptions are separate. Read the service details.
Want to try one job first?
$50. See how I work.
Send a remodel job for an estimate and proposal. Pay for your first one only if you like it. The business kickoff and consulting are part of the monthly partnership.
Try my first job One trial per company. If you decline it, there’s nothing to pay and the documents aren’t yours to use.
The questions I’d ask in your seat.
Jorge: Ask the awkward one. It’s probably a good question.
What does the partnership look like when we start?
We begin with a business kickoff, your pricing setup and a process review, then work on up to 10 agreed remodel jobs a month. Bring a recent estimate, invoices and sub quotes. We can meet at your business in Massachusetts or remotely; location, availability and scope are confirmed before your first invoice. This is a business working session, not a jobsite measurement visit or inspection.
Who handles the subs and the client?
I track outstanding sub prices, compare the quotes, flag missing scope and prepare quote requests and follow-up drafts. You approve outgoing messages, select subs and set the final price. Pending figures are clearly labeled allowances agreed with you. I do not guarantee a sub’s response or contact your homeowner; you keep the client relationship and use your own construction contract.
What happens with automation and my current software?
We start with how you work today. Process review, an improvement plan and setup of the existing Plan & Price tools agreed at kickoff are included. Custom integrations, websites and larger automation builds get a separate scope and price. Third-party subscriptions are separate. You approve outgoing messages.
How do you learn my costs?
We use your estimates, invoices and sub quotes to build your price book and work through your labor rates, overhead and markup. Supplier figures, received quotes and allowances are clearly identified. You review the numbers and control the final selling price.
What counts as one of the 10 jobs?
An agreed remodel scope with its takeoff, estimate, proposal and planning work, including kitchen or bath 3D when needed. We confirm scope and included revisions first. Additions, ADUs and new homes are quoted separately. Extra included-scope jobs are $100 each; unused jobs do not roll over.
How fast do I get the estimate?
The estimate and proposal usually take 2 business days after complete photos, measurements and a brief, or complete plans. On the monthly plan, a late remodel proposal is free and does not use one of your 10 jobs. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Drawings, 3D, consulting, custom builds, additions, ADUs and new homes follow separately agreed schedules.
Can I try one job first?
Yes. Try one remodel job for $50 and see the estimate and proposal before the first invoice. If you decline it, you owe nothing and do not use the documents. One trial per company. The business kickoff and consulting are part of the monthly partnership.
Is there a long contract?
It is $1,500 a month, invoiced in advance after we agree the fit and scope. Cancel by email or text before your next month starts. I only take on 10 remodelers, one based in each town, and check availability before we start. Your business information stays private.
